ABM Strategist (Team Lead)

Hiring: Mid-Q1 to Early Q2
Salary: $95K-$125K (Will stretch for exceptional candidates)

You’ll own the development and execution of repeatable ABM programs that drive real client results. This role is for someone who can strategize, execute, and communicate with clarity.

  • Build ABM programs tailored to client realities
  • Ensure clients hit expected ABM outcomes
  • Implement and refine ABM processes
  • Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication

Account Manager

Hiring: Late Q1 – Late Q2
Salary: $60K-$90K

Keep our client programs running smoothly and ensure communication between clients and the Scrappy ABM team is seamless.

  • Own daily ClickUp project management
  • Provide proactive client updates and reporting
  • Facilitate clear communication between clients and internal teams

Content Strategist

Hiring: Late Q1 – Late Q2
Salary: $70K-$100K (Will stretch for exceptional candidates)

If you love repurposing high-value content and crafting outbound sequences that fuel ABM campaigns, this is your role.

  • Audit and repurpose existing content for client ABM programs
  • Build outbound sequences to support sales
  • Create new content to fill gaps and align with client goals
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams

RevOps Manager

Hiring: Late Q1 – Late Q2
Salary: $80K-$110K (Will stretch for exceptional candidates)

Own the operational foundation of Scrappy ABM and ensure our GTM processes are built for scale.

  • Audit and refine existing operational workflows
  • Evaluate GTM processes for efficiency and gaps
  • Operationalize ABM programs in collaboration with strategy teams
  • Build process documentation for internal and external use

Podcast Production & Strategy Lead

Hiring: Mid-Q1 – Late Q2
Salary: $75K-$105K (Will stretch for exceptional candidates)

Take full creative ownership of Scrappy ABM’s podcast strategy, content, and promotional execution.

  • Develop high-impact podcast content
  • Own promotional strategies for each episode
  • Maintain quality control across all podcast content
